Services
Three kinds of session. Most families start with one and add another as things change.

Teen therapy
For ages 13 to 19. Fifty minutes on their own with Bria, in a room that does not feel like school or a clinic.
About teen therapy
Family therapy
Everyone who shares a table: parents, stepparents, grandparents, siblings and stepsiblings. Anibal helps the household talk about what changed.
About family therapy
Parent and caregiver sessions
Just the adults: a stepparent finding their footing, a grandparent raising a grandchild, a foster parent with questions.
About parent sessions
